Having completed his Fitness Training in 1990 Mark Stevens has worked actively and primarily one on one for the last 30+ years in a myriad of roles with a varied and mixed clientele!

From elite cricketers, to elite private school sporting bodies, medical professionals and former Prime Ministers. Mums and Dads, young adolescents and Seniors requiring specialised assistance. From weight management to advanced sport conditioning, prehab and rehabilitation, he has it covered.

Mark says that "everyone is an athlete, the difference is that some of us are in training while others are not".
